We Will See the World Again, But Until Then…
A Few Online Resources to Keep You Inspired:
Nine weeks into Stay at Home quarantine, no doubt the wanderlust is aching in all of us to get out, jump on a bike, in a car, on a train, or take a flight to a destination other than our walk around the block. As a landscape and travel photographer, I know it has been most difficult not to grab my camera and go even in my town, trying to respect the guidelines of keeping everyone safe and healthy. Here are three blogs I follow that have been a source of inspiration and an outlet for me, especially in these times:

Gaia.com is a channel/blog with a yearly subscription but also offers free videos available on YouTube of inspiration, health, spiritual, meditation for body, mind, and spirit. After a few hours of Netflix, the need for soul nourishment comes in, and Gaia provides that.
National Geographic Travel Blog is where I go to research and satisfy the wanderlust of my soul to travel and explore. Before all this, I was planning a photo trek through Italy and had saved for an exceptionally long time for it. So now, I continue to live vicariously through National Geographic, planning my future photo treks while exploring the world safe at home for now.

Colby Brown Photography is one of my favorite landscape and travel fine art photographers I have followed for a very long time. His blog is a source of inspiration, learning, tips, and traveling at the moment vicariously through his photography, and planning my next photography trek. For now, we are social distancing and staying at home, but that does not mean we have lost all we love doing out in the world. It is just a readjustment in ways of growth and inspiration until we can see the world again.
